How can I buy and sell shares in the Company?
You can buy and sell shares through a stock broker, bank or building society or by using the low cost sharedealing services.

I hold 'A' Ordinary Non-Voting shares, can I attend and vote at the AGM?
You can attend the Annual General Meeting as a holder of 'A' Ordinary Non-Voting shares but you may not vote as a holder of these shares. Only Ordinary shareholders may vote.

How can I work out the value of my shareholding?

How can I find out the current share price?

How do I obtain a copy of the Company’s annual report?
You can either download a copy of the annual report here (link to download pdf of annual report), or request a hard copy to be sent to you using the online form.
