DMGT has two classes of shares. The 'A' Ordinary Non-Voting shares are the same in all respects as the Ordinary shares, except that they carry no voting rights and do not enable attendance at general meetings.
Dividend Policy
The Company has not made a capital call on its shareholders for over seventy years. Capital growth is provided by long-term debt and by retained earnings. DMGT’s policy is to seek to increase the dividend each year by 5% to 7% in real terms, within reason regardless of the results, as long as we continue to have confidence in the strength of our businesses.
