Euromoney completes acquisition of Latin Finance

On 14th November 1997, Euromoney Publications announced that it had completed the acquisition of the 49% of Latin Finance which it did not already own. The acquisition was funded by the issue of 384,024 new Euromoney shares, the current value of which is £6.6 million. Latin Finance publishes the eponymous magazine and organises related conferences.
