Southex Exhibitions Acquires Seven Home and Garden Shows

TORONTO, CANADA---Southex Exhibitions Inc., producer of the largest number of consumer and trade shows in North America, has acquired Southwest Exhibitors which operates seven home and garden shows in Texas and Oklahoma.
With the addition of these shows, Southex now produces 45 home and garden shows in 30 cities in Canada and the United States, as well as over 45 other trade and consumer events.

"Market research indicates that this region is among the fastest growing areas in the country which provides exciting opportunities for both our exhibitors and consumers."
The seven home and garden shows include two in Houston, two in San Antonio, as well as Tulsa, Austin and Oklahoma City. The shows will be managed from a new office located in Austin, Texas.
The former President and founder of Southwest Exhibitors, Margo Walters, is very pleased about the shows being acquired by Southex.
