Acquisition of Ad-Mag

Following clearance from the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Northcliffe Newspapers, DMGT's wholly owned regional newspaper division, has completed the acquisition of Alderton Limited, the Nottingham based publisher of Ad-Mag in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. The Ad-Mag titles are paid-for free advertisement papers.
