DMG Radio Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DMGT, has agreed to acquire Radio Mercury Limited for a consideration of £3.75 million in cash.
Radio Mercury controls the local radio services Mercury FM and Fame 1521, the FM and AM services for the local licence area of Reigate and Crawley.
The acquisition is subject to the Radio Authority's cross media Public Interest Test.
