DMG Radio acquisition of Radio Mercury Limited

DMG Radio Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DMGT, has received the approval of the Radio Authority to complete the acquisition of Radio Mercury Limited. It has been acquired for a consideration of £3.75 million in cash. Radio Mercury controls the local radio services Mercury FM and Fame 1521, the FM and AM services for the local licence area of Reigate and Crawley.
