Acquisition of Loot

DMGT announces that it completed the purchase of the Loot business in the UK and Ireland from Scoot.com plc ("Scoot"). This follows the announcement made on 17 August, which was subject to the approval of Scoot's shareholders which was received on Friday 28 September.
