Acquisition of Hill Brothers Group

DMGT announces that Northcliffe Newspapers Group, its regional newspaper division, has today completed the purchase of the newspaper publishing interests of Hill Brothers Group. This follows the announcement made on 20 June, which was subject to the approval by the Department of Trade and Industry which was received on 15 July.
