DMG Information acquires Sitescope

(London - July 17 2003) DMG Information, the business to business information division of DMGT, has reached agreement to acquire Sitescope Limited, the online property search business based in Bromley, Kent.

In the most recent financial year to 31 March, 2003, Sitescope had revenues of £6.3 million and at that date had net assets of £1.3 million.

The acquisition of Sitescope will complement DMG Information's existing interest in providing property related information in the UK through Landmark Information Group, which provides land and property search information including digital mapping and environmental and planning reports interest for lawyers, surveyors, architects and home buyers, and in the US through Environmental Data Resources.

The transaction is conditional upon clearance by the Office of Fair Trading.
