Disposal of Aluminium Exhibition Portfolio

(London - 22 March 2004) DMGT announces that dmg world media, its exhibitions division, has disposed of the assets of its Aluminium exhibitions, which includes a 50% share in Aluminium Essen and Aluminium USA, to Reed Exhibitions Deutschland Gmbh. The total consideration is £2.0million, of which £1.5million is payable on completion and a further £500,000 payable on 30th September 2004.
