Acquisition of Canadian Farm Equipment Show

(London - 25 March 2004) DMGT announces that dmg world media, its exhibitions' division, has acquired the Canadian International Farm Equipment Show, through the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Dawn Morris Productions Inc.

The total cost is C$2.8 million (£1.1 million), of which C$2.7 million is
payable on completion and a further C$0.1 million within 45 days of completion.
Net assets acquired were C$0.7 million (£0.3 million).
