Landmark Information Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has acquired the businesses of ICC SiteSearch Limited and JMB (UK) Limited from Hoppenstedt Bonnier PLC.

Commenting on the transaction, Landmark's Managing Director Bob Fairchild said: "We are delighted to have the opportunity of combining the respective strengths of Landmark and SiteSearch in order to provide a wider range of products and an improved service to all our customers."

The management team from SiteSearch will be joining Landmark and Vincent Sen will continue to run the SiteSearch business from their London Office.

Mr Sen said: "We are excited by the opportunities which now present themselves. The technological advances made by Landmark in the field of enviromental data delivery will benefit SiteSearch enormously, enabling us to deliver an enhanced product range to our clients.

"The provision of added value service has always been the watchword at SiteSearch, and now, with the help of Landmark’s powerful information databases, SiteSearch can provide its clients with a service which combines the benefits of fast, efficient delivery and tailored, added value reporting. With the demand for enviromental due diligence work quite definitely on the increase, the association between Landmark and SiteSearch is very timely."
