Completion of disposal of Study Group International

DMGT announces that DMG Information, its business to business information division, has completed the disposal of Study Group International, following the receipt of regulatory clearances. This follows the announcement of the planned disposal on 3 August 2006.

The total consideration was £75 million. DMGT will report an exceptional profit on sale of approximately £60 million (calculated on an IFRS basis) in its full year 2006 results to 1 October 2006.
